Many thanks for all those who have contributed website links;
the breadth of this site reflects their contributions.
Sometimes, however, a suggestion is made, but I don't use the site. The links may
be good, but they might not reflect what I'm looking for here.
Here's a list of 'rejected' suggestions; there may be some good links in there for
you 'deal-oriented' people, but they're not getting on my list! I tried to add comments
where I could.
And thanks again for the suggestions; keep 'em coming!
Unparseable - Daily deal exists, I just couldn't find a way to parse
- PartsTrain.com - Auto parts maker with an image-based deal of the day offer.
- Fabric.com - Although there is only one "deal", it ranges so many actual fabrics, I can't think of a good way to parse & display this.

- The Gift Gallery - a "Sale of the Day" offer per day of the week (see the right sidebar), but it's currently a bit of trouble to parse & list.
- FranklinCovey - Perfect in every way, except their daily deal is all image-based, and I'm not in the business of manual updates.

- Faster MotoCross - Fantastic site if you're interested in motocross.
Too Specific - I just don't see the demand, but if you want to see one tracked, then contact us and tell us!
- Flyin' Miata - Just too darn specialized; I think this would just take up space.
- DanceShopper.com - not 100% sure this is updating, but they seem to have excellent deals on dance shoes.
- Doherty Macine - Interesting machination deal, nice site... but you even have to call to order the deal of the day!
- Cycle World of Athens - Not only very specific and expensive, but unparseable. Beautiful motorcycle deal of the day though!
- Koiko - Japanese ponds and Koi (cod) fish supplies; talk about special interest!
Daily DEALS Sites - Multiple deals per day
- Redd's Attic - They've got a bit of everything, and their daily deals seem to be one or two per product category.
- AxionTech - computer & electronics site associated with Directron.com.
- Amazon.com - yep, that's right--Amazon has their Deal of the Day, AND separate daily sales!
- BookCloseouts.com - we need more book daily deals!

- CandleMart.com - Can you imagine daily tracking a candle deal anyway?

- Gurney's Nursery - more than one deal per day.
- Auction Deal of the Day - lists one eBay auction per category (over 14 categories) per day, along with relevant information--very useful.

- Silver Jewelry Club - more than one deal.
- IBuySports.com - prominently displayed on their front page, makes me think the whole site might be defunct.

- Cottages and Gardens - fufilling every "homewares" "deal of the day" urge that you could possibly have.
- SilverBasement.com - craaaaazy jewelry daily deals all over the place!
- Tower Hobbies - a childhood favorite of mine, they're "reducing inventory" with a large list of daily sale items.
- NCS (National Console Support).com - Japanese-related items; they have magazine sales of the day as well as collectible sales of the day.
- ABCStuff - resources for reading.
- Prepared Pantry.com - "Super Deals for Bakers"; sometimes they list one, sometimes they list 10.
- FixFitness.com - Supplements site
- Cardinal Cigar - Excellent cigar site, but too many deals to list in the main tracker.
- Crafts India - The site name could NOT be more descriptive.
- Take-Two Maternity - Maternity clothing deals... apparently so hot they limit you to one per customer.
- ScientificOnline - great science/discovery-related deals daily.
- The Now Deal - new site; offers a few deals at a time (usually 2)
- Volcano Deals - came across this randomly, haven't really taken a look at the site
- JackThat.com - they had a few deals available on their site, each changing at a different time of the day.
Non-USA Sites
- ZaZZ! - Great site! But Australia only; doesn't ship to the US.
- iBlood.com - Europe only; doesn't ship to the US.
- Lundhi8H - Written in French.
- Schutzgeld - Self-proclaimed "German Woot!"
Died - Either the site died, or their support for daily deals did.
- Petco - Had multiple "deal of the day" offers for the holiday season; dead now.

- Eve's Addiction - jewelry site; had a "daily deal" rss feed here.

- NOrthern Tool - fantastic tools site, but their daily deal link always points to this same product.

- ShoeBuy.com - A great shoe site, and a daily deal shows... but it never changes.

- Skynet22.com - nice electronics.. if they still had a deal
- Dynoman.net - "Performance Products for Vintage Superbikes & Modern Sportbikes"
- MacAppaDay - seems to be the precursor to Maczot, but it's dead
- WirelessImports.com - so dead they removed it from their site.
- BodyJewels - may have been mulitple a day, but definitely dead.
- DVO - seems to be a book/cooking site
- Stewart's Appliance - small electronics shop
- BusyBodiesBoutique.com - baby & toddler clothes
- TeeGeeks - Did T-shirts... for about 5 minutes.
- InFashionKids.com - stuck on sale halloween costumes for kids
- SnapGone - Appropriately, seems to be gone.
- 24deals - gone.

- I4U Shop - Couldn't find any deals here either.

- Zack and Zoe - kids' clothing site; what used to be a "deal of the day" has become a "deal of the week"
- DSIOutlet.com - So dead, the site doesn't even load today.
- PTBotique.com - Not so different than the Flyin' Miata site... except that their deal never updates.
- Alluminare.com - Lighting store; according to them they now sell their daily sale items elsewhere.
- Shocklines - a site devoted to "horror"; fittingly enough, their daily deal is "horrifyingly" D-E-A-D.

- "The End" Records - Whole site just went "poof!" one day
- SudsGear - Beer Gear... the "daily" offers are live, but they never change.
Plain Ol' N/A - It's just not what I would consider a "deal-a-day" website.
- Woot.wine - Fine site by the 'kings', but this is once a week, not once a day.
- Passwird - more of an index than a 'deal-of-the-day' site
- StepByStep Shopping - again, more of an index than a 'deal-of-the-day' site
- DailyTool - Not sure what kind of site this is yet, but the confusion made me put it here.
- Computer Deal of the Day - a blog where they post a computer deal of the day
Other - 'Cause I refuse to give each of these their own list!
- Staples.com - "Friday One-Day-Deals"; here because it's multiple deals and one day (Friday) only. Wish they'd do this every day; I love Staples!

- CompUSA Auctions - I simply don't know what it means to have a "deal of the day" that's an auction. The price depends on the # of bids!
- Meijer - Very, very regional.
- RainyDay Magazine - Their "daily" deal extends across many days; more than a week since I last checked.
If I'm confused, misdirected, or flat-out wrong, please contact us
and let us know! Please give as much information as you can; I'll be just as dumb checking a site the
second time as I was the first time, unless you tell me what I did that was so dumb!
